Helping Athletes become the best versions of themselves
At JT Performance & Development, we believe that true performance extends far beyond the scoreboard. Success is built through confidence, resilience, leadership, self-awareness, and the ability to respond to challenges with purpose and determination.
Our mission is simple: to help individuals unlock their potential by developing the mental, emotional, and leadership skills that drive long-term growth and performance.
Whether you're an athlete striving to compete at your highest level, a leader seeking to create a stronger culture, or an individual looking to overcome barriers that stand in the way of your goals, JT Performance & Development exists to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Our Philosophy
Performance is not built overnight.
It is developed through consistent effort, intentional action, and a commitment to growth.
At JT Performance & Development, we believe:
Confidence is built, not given.
Adversity creates opportunities for growth.
Leadership begins with personal accountability.
Strong cultures are built on trust, communication, and service.
Growth is a lifelong pursuit.
Every individual possesses untapped potential. Our role is to help uncover it, develop it, and create the habits and mindset necessary to sustain it.
Let's Get Started
Whether you're an athlete looking to elevate your performance, a team seeking to strengthen its culture, or a leader striving to make a greater impact, JT Performance & Development is here to support your journey.
The pursuit of excellence begins with a single step.
Let's take it together.
Meet JOE Taraboletti
My passion for performance and development comes from firsthand experience.
As a Division I lacrosse player and team captain at the University of Denver, I have experienced the challenges that come with pursuing excellence. Throughout my athletic journey, I have faced adversity, injuries, setbacks, pressure, and the constant pursuit of improvement. Those experiences reinforced a lesson that continues to guide my work today: physical ability alone rarely determines success. The ability to respond to challenges, lead others, remain resilient, and continue growing often makes the greatest difference.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of Denver and continue to study the factors that drive human performance, leadership, and personal development. My coaching approach combines evidence-based principles from sport psychology, behavioral science, leadership development, and performance research with practical lessons learned through competition, coaching, and leadership.
Areas of influence include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, identity-based development, motor skill acquisition, habit formation, and performance under pressure. These principles help individuals build confidence, strengthen resilience, improve focus, and develop a healthier relationship with success, failure, and personal growth.
My leadership philosophy has also been shaped by opportunities to learn from and work alongside influential leaders in the performance and leadership space. This includes the culture and servant leadership teachings of Jon Gordon, as well as conversations and learning experiences with Rich Diviney regarding adaptability, resilience, and human performance. Their work, combined with my own experiences as an athlete and leader, has helped shape the foundation of JT Performance & Development.
Today, my mission is simple: to help athletes, leaders, and high performers become the best version of themselves so that they can create the opportunities they deserve.
Through coaching, mental performance development, and leadership training, I help individuals develop the mindset, habits, and skills necessary to overcome obstacles, maximize potential, and create meaningful growth that extends far beyond competition.
Because true success is not defined solely by what we accomplish—it's defined by who we become in the pursuit of it.
Meet Anna Taraboletti
My passion for lacrosse began in kindergarten when I followed in the footsteps of my older brother, Joe Taraboletti, and picked up a lacrosse stick for the first time. Since then, the game has played a major role in shaping who I am both on and off the field.
As a Division I women's lacrosse player at Vanderbilt University, I am pursuing a degree in Human and Organizational Development with minors in Business and Sports and Society. Through my experiences as an athlete, I have learned the value of leadership, resilience, discipline, and continuous growth.
I currently coach for club lacrosse programs in Nashville, Tennessee and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, while also offering private lessons. Coaching allows me to share my love for the game and invest in young athletes who are passionate about improving. There is nothing more rewarding than helping players build confidence, develop their skills, and grow into strong young women.
My mindset is rooted in faith, gratitude, and embracing every challenge as an opportunity to grow. I believe that both success and adversity serve a purpose. My goal as a coach is to help athletes become the best version of themselves by developing confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for the process of improvement.
